What is the minimum order for promotional products?
It depends entirely on the item. Some products start at 25 pieces, plenty start at 100 to 300, and a few print one at a time. Every product in our catalog shows its own minimum. If the minimum on the item you want is higher than you need, tell us — there is almost always a comparable product with a lower one.
How much do custom promotional products cost in West Palm Beach?
Unit price moves with quantity, decoration method, and how many colors are in your logo. A branded pen can land under a dollar; a quality insulated tumbler is usually in the ten to twenty-five dollar range. Send us the quantity and the deadline and you will get real numbers, not a range.
How long does production take?
Standard production on most promo items runs 7 to 15 business days after art approval, plus transit. Rush is available on a lot of items. If you have a hard event date, lead with that and we will only show you products that can actually make it.
Do you handle the artwork?
Yes. Send whatever you have — a logo file, a business card, a screenshot. We prepare production-ready art, send you a proof, and nothing goes to press until you approve it.
